Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Developer will help implement the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by designing, building, testing and maintaining enterprise web applications, APIs and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services, and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Modernise legacy applications and support data migration activities.
• Optimise performance, scalability and security of solutions.
• Participate in analysis, design, testing, deployment and production support, and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years with Microsoft .NET technologies.

• C# .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core
• RESTful API development, Dependency Injection, LINQ
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular (13+), Bootstrap
• SQL Server, T‑SQL, Stored Procedures, Database design and performance tuning
