About the role
Deel is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Dubai team and help build the all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform that serves global teams in more than 150 countries. The role sits within a fast‑growing SaaS business that combines HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits and equipment management into a single product.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features that power Deel’s global payroll and HR services.
- Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions for millions of users.
- Address complex technical challenges that affect cross‑border hiring, compliance and payments.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with proven experience in full‑stack software development.
- Ability to work in a high‑growth, distributed environment and deliver high‑quality code.
