Senior Growth Operator – DTC E‑Commerce (Dubai)

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling DTC e‑commerce brand generating about $3M in monthly revenue. We are looking for a senior growth operator to own and execute the full growth engine, working directly with the CEO and head of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily media buying across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon) and Taboola.
• Develop creative strategy, concepts, hooks and briefs to expand our creative output.
• Hire, train and lead a small team of video editors to produce winning creatives each week.
• Write and iterate on ad copy, landing pages, funnels and Shopify product pages, focusing on CRO, cross‑sells and upsells.
• Scale the brand into new geographic regions.
• Establish weekly reporting on revenue, ROAS and creative win rate.

Required profile

• Proven track record of solving complex problems and scaling a business unit or similar challenge.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to identify high‑performing content.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable with spreadsheets, attribution and unit economics.
• Excellent written and verbal English for US‑focused markets.
• Stable employment history (no frequent job changes).
• Ability to manage a small team and work directly with senior leadership.
