About the role
Mirage, an international consultancy with over 26 years of experience, is seeking a senior HSE Officer to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on safeguarding health, safety and environment standards across high‑rise construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and maintain safety systems and procedures on complex construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present safety reports, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, preferably in high‑rise building construction.
- Level 6 Diploma in HSE or equivalent qualification.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with a collaborative approach.
