Senior Institutional Sales Manager

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Institutional Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of strategic institutional partners across the FX and CFD markets. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary relationship manager for hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and other professional trading entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and expand relationships with high‑value institutional clients.
• Design and execute sales and market‑expansion strategies for target regions and segments.
• Present FxPro’s institutional offering, including MT4/MT5 platforms, FIX API connectivity, execution models and liquidity solutions.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Liquidity, Risk, Technology and Product teams to optimise execution quality.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and client feedback to inform product development.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting, pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.
• Lead onboarding, KYC and due‑diligence processes in partnership with Compliance and Operations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements covering pricing, spreads, commissions, rebates and liquidity arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 7+ years of institutional sales experience within FX/CFD brokerage, prime brokerage or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high‑value institutional accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and volume growth.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Proficiency in FIX API connectivity.
• Hands‑on use of CRM systems for pipeline and client management.
