Senior Legal Advisor – Commercial Litigation (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Legal Advisor with deep expertise in commercial litigation to lead high‑stakes disputes before UAE courts and arbitration tribunals. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and offers a clear path toward partner‑level responsibilities within our legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation cases in Dubai, UAE, DIFC and ADGM courts and arbitration tribunals.
• Draft, review and negotiate pleadings, contracts, court submissions and legal opinions.
• Develop and implement strategic dispute resolution plans in collaboration with internal and external counsel.
• Advise senior leadership and operational teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support talent development within the legal department.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in UAE law and arbitration frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
• License to practice in the UAE or eligibility for admission.
• 8–10 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or in‑house role within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record handling high‑value commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
