About the role
We are seeking senior legal professionals with over 12 years of experience to join our firm across multiple practice areas. The role involves delivering commercially‑focused legal advice and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Lead and manage complex legal matters and maintain client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Represent and advise clients on significant disputes and matters.
- Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support the strategic growth of the practice area.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience as a senior lawyer, legal director, senior legal counsel or partner‑level professional.
- Strong technical expertise in legal practice and proven business development capabilities.
- Established client network or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
