Senior Logistics & Delivery Officer

About the role

The Senior Logistics & Delivery Officer ensures smooth, on‑time delivery operations at Floward’s Fulfillment Center. You will safeguard order quality, coordinate dispatch, support drivers, and produce accurate operational reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final quality checks on outgoing orders, confirming packaging, labeling, cooling needs and product condition.
• Coordinate with the Operations Center Supervisor and drivers to guarantee timely dispatch and secure loading.
• Brief drivers on delivery priorities, SOPs, safety guidelines and conduct spot checks on vehicles, uniforms and equipment.
• Identify, report and help resolve delivery quality issues, late or incorrect shipments, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily records of quality checks, discrepancies and dispatch readiness; support weekly performance reporting and audit documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery, fulfillment or similar operational roles.
• Hands‑on experience in fast‑paced delivery environments and working directly with drivers.
