Senior Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Senior Loss Prevention Manager supports daily security operations for The Ritz‑Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah. The role safeguards property, guests, and employees while ensuring compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing security operations and emergency procedures.
• Investigate property losses and coordinate disposition with management.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and parking areas and maintain detailed logs.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes, and ensure a safe environment.
• Inspect security equipment to verify functionality.
• Maintain first‑aid, CPR, and other required certifications for security staff.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to the Claims Reporting Service.
• Support performance appraisals and disciplinary processes in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of security/loss‑prevention experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice (no experience required).
• Strong knowledge of local criminal activity and its impact on property safety.
• Ability to document and report accidents, liability incidents, and security breaches.
