Senior Manager - Budgeting and FP&A (UAE National)

About the role

Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Operations will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting and consolidation activities across a multi‑entity group, reporting to the CFO. The role is pivotal in driving financial discipline and supporting executive decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across multiple business units.
• Oversee group‑wide financial consolidations, management reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations and business case assessments.
• Drive budget‑versus‑actual reviews, variance analysis and corrective action planning.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Strong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations and management reporting.
• Experience in real estate, property management, facilities management or related sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
