Senior Manager - Business Affairs and Governance

About the role

Dubai Holding Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Affairs and Governance across its diversified investment portfolio. The role combines strategic governance oversight with hands‑on compliance and company secretarial responsibilities, supporting senior leadership and board committees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and continuously improve governance policies, charters and manuals to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee board and committee structures, ensuring clear decision‑making authority and timely execution of governance actions.
• Maintain a consolidated view of the organization’s portfolio, including boards, committees and delegated authorities for each subsidiary.
• Provide expert advice to senior management and boards on governance matters, regulatory expectations and corporate best practices.
• Support transaction and portfolio oversight activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in governance, compliance or company secretarial functions, preferably within large, multi‑entity organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted governance advisor.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of delivering clear governance documentation.
