Senior Manager Contracts

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager Contracts to lead contract administration for EPC/FEED projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures HSSE goals are met and that contract, procurement and material activities align with project execution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and contract procedures.
• Review and manage EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, changes, and close‑out processes.
• Coordinate insurance compliance, performance guarantees, and warranty obligations.
• Monitor and control scope, cost, schedule and quality through change orders, variations and amendments.
• Prepare monthly contract administration reports for the owner and subcontractors.

Required profile

• 20+ years of oil & gas experience, including at least 5 years in GCC.
• Proven experience in FEED/EPC contract administration and PMC roles on international projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory); ADNOC experience preferred.
