Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Advisory

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead corporate tax advisory and compliance engagements across the UAE. Based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with the Delivery Centre and senior leadership to shape tax strategies for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex corporate tax mandates, including advisory, compliance and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership on UAE corporate tax law, ensuring high‑quality reviews and risk‑managed solutions.
• Support Directors and Partners in multi‑disciplinary projects, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and deepening client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (96 months) in corporate tax, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑level client engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality, compliant tax solutions.
