Senior Manager / Director – Connected Tax Compliance & Managed Services

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a senior‑level professional to lead its Connected Tax Compliance & Managed Services practice across the region. The role combines tax technical expertise with leadership of transformation projects, client advisory and go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Middle East CTC Leader in executing regional growth and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Lead pipeline development, targeting and winning tax transformation and compliance opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, RfP responses and compelling proposals.
• Act as senior client‑facing advisor, managing end‑to‑end CTC/MS engagements and operating‑model transformations.
• Provide tax technical expertise across compliance and transformation projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client experience.
• Coach and develop the core CTC/MS delivery team.

Required profile

• Senior Manager or Director‑level experience in professional services or a complex in‑house tax function.
• Proven track record in tax transformation, compliance advisory and operating‑model design.
• Strong client‑relationship management and business‑development capabilities.
