Senior Manager – FP&A

About the role

The Senior Manager – FP&A will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for the Business Unit, aligning financial plans with the Group’s strategic objectives and providing insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic financial analysis, macro‑economic insight, M&A support and business performance reviews.
• Orchestrate long‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, and set recurring management reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, IT and Group FP&A on advanced analytics use cases and technology roll‑outs.
• Lead, develop and evaluate a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an FP&A role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting; professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, CMA or CFA; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the Middle East is a plus.

Required skills

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling (including DCF and capital budgeting).
• Corporate finance and business case analysis.
• Advanced analytics, quantitative and econometric methods.
• Strong business acumen and end‑to‑end understanding of the BU value chain.
