Senior Manager, Global Distribution & Customer Logistics (MEA)

About the role

The Senior Manager, GDCL OUS (MEA) will lead Global Distribution & Customer Logistics operations across markets outside the United States within the Middle East & Africa region. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures effective distribution, strong customer logistics performance, and reliable service delivery in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GDCL operations across the Middle East & Africa, ensuring effective distribution and customer logistics execution.
• Drive consistent service performance, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction across OUS MEA markets.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to support end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal governance requirements in all markets.
• Manage regional operational risks, service disruptions, and escalations, acting as senior point of contact.
• Develop and coach regional logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Significant experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics leadership within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑country operations in the Middle East & Africa.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable to healthcare products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
