Senior Manager – Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

About the role

This senior manager role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure effective governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity and execution of key business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks, delegation of authority (DOA), policies, procedures and compliance programmes.
• Liaise with the parent company’s internal audit and GRC functions to ensure alignment and timely closure of actions.
• Oversee risk management, audit action plans, compliance reporting and governance reviews.
• Manage crisis management and business continuity (BCP) programmes, testing and readiness.
• Drive process improvement, performance tracking and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports and management presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to drive accountability and closure of actions.
• Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in governance, risk management, compliance and audit functions.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.
