Senior Manager – Operational & Financial Audit

About the role

The Operational & Financial Audit Manager leads audit planning, execution and reporting to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with Al-Futtaim Technologies' policies. The role oversees a team of auditors, drives continuous improvement of audit methodology and leverages data‑analytics and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor audit activities across operational and financial domains, applying the organisation's audit methodology.
• Supervise audit engagements, ensure scope adequacy, quality standards and timely delivery of audit reports.
• Present findings, recommend root‑cause solutions and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
• Support internal audit standards (IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, IPPF) and contribute to the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
• Design and execute data‑analytics tests using Advanced Excel, Power BI and AI tools to extend audit coverage.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of operational and financial audit experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in internal audit within the automotive sector and familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA.

Required skills

• Risk management and audit methodologies.
• Advanced data analysis using AI tools, Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4 HANA.
