Senior Manager – Quantum Advisory

About the role

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Quantum – Expert Services team in Dubai. You will provide advisory services to clients on commercial performance, governance, project controls and risk management, with travel across the UAE and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantum analysis and deliver structured assessments for arbitration and litigation.
• Prepare analytical sections, draft supporting materials and coordinate data for expert reports.
• Support clients in ADR, reviewing project documentation across infrastructure, oil & gas and residential sectors.
• Oversee project team activities, monitor budgets and fees, and draft fee proposals.
• Develop junior team capability through training and mentoring.

Required profile

• Degree in construction, quantity surveying or related field (MSc advantageous).
• 7‑10 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in detailed quantum forensic analysis.
• Experience drafting project and expert reports and managing project teams.
• Bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, comfortable handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
