Senior Manager - Strategy and FP&A

About the role

This role works closely with the Regional CFO, President and senior business leadership, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making across growth, investments, profitability and business performance. It combines strategic partnership with FP&A leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and commercial teams on strategy, profitability, pricing and growth initiatives.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and investment proposals across new products, markets, licensing, partnerships and R&D.
• Build financial models and assess opportunities using NPV, IRR, ROI, payback and free cash flow.
• Conduct market, product and commercial analysis to support strategic opportunities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, working capital and DSO, with a focus on cash generation.
• Evaluate R&D investments and expected returns across development and commercial molecules.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations, translating financial analysis into clear business insights.
• Act as a finance partner to leadership, providing independent analysis and constructive challenge on key decisions.

Required profile

• CA or MBA (Finance) with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Pharma, healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
• Strong commercial and analytical orientation, able to understand key business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident with senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
