Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing (Tax – ITTS) – Dubai

About the role

EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team advises corporate and private‑equity clients on transaction tax, international corporate tax and transfer pricing. The Transfer Pricing practice focuses on planning, documentation, audits and supply‑chain strategies, offering broad market exposure and career development. This senior‑manager position will work on high‑impact projects for global clients in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, translating data into insights and building strong client relationships across industries.
• Lead multiple transfer‑pricing engagements and contribute to high‑quality tax‑planning services.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualifications such as a master’s, law degree, CPA, CFA, CMA or similar certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Existing transfer‑pricing experience and, ideally, proficiency in Arabic.

Required skills

• Apply complex transfer‑pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Prepare transfer‑pricing documentation and assist in defending positions during audits.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches.
