Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to acquire high net‑worth mortgage customers for the bank, consistently exceed KPI targets and drive business growth across residential and commercial segments.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire high net‑worth mortgage customers and consistently exceed monthly KPI and sales targets.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives with targeted segments, real‑estate partners, approved brokers, and development projects.
• Adhere to KYC/AML policies and maintain full accreditation for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions.
• Record all sales activities in daily reports and update the CRM with leads and contacts.
• Participate in team activities, mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, and stay updated on market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Maintain professional, technical and product knowledge through trainings and workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mortgage sales, preferably with high net‑worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and mortgage accreditation requirements.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with partners and brokers.
