Senior Officer, Digital Sales & Solutions (UAE National Only)

About the role

Mashreq is looking for a Senior Officer, Digital Sales & Solutions, open only to UAE nationals. The role supports the GTB Channels in corporate digital banking initiatives, developing digital marketing and communication materials and carrying out market and competitor research. It gives practical exposure to digital banking, customer experience, business analysis and channel transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital channel enhancements across corporate web, mobile banking H2H and API platforms.
• Engage with fintech and third-party vendors and evaluate digital solutions for clients.
• Create presentations, communication materials, infographics, newsletters and customer-facing content.
• Help document business requirements, customer journeys and process improvements.
• Support user testing, feedback collection and validation of new channel features.
• Research digital banking trends, fintech developments, market opportunities and competitor offerings.
• Support webinars, product launches, customer communications and internal awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate.
• Demonstrated interest in digital banking, fintech, customer experience or financial services.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with content creation, data visualization or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
