Charter Sales Coordinator

About the role

Comlux Aviation, a leading business aviation company offering aircraft operations and management services to VIP clients worldwide, is looking for a Charter Sales Coordinator in Dubai. The role supports the day-to-day work of the Charter Sales Department, handling charter inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating flight requirements and delivering service to clients. It works closely with the Charter Sales Team, Operations Control Centre, Customer Success and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process charter inquiries from brokers, direct clients and online platforms, and prepare accurate quotations
• Coordinate with OCC to check aircraft availability, flight routing and block times, and record quotations and confirmed flights
• Support the booking and confirmation process, including issuing offers and contracts and recording details in FL3XX and Salesforce
• Follow up on signed agreements, invoices and payments with Finance
• Act as a point of contact for brokers and clients, and help with client follow-ups, aircraft presentations and proposals
• Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports on revenue, flight hours and aircraft utilization
• Help promote the charter fleet, maintain aircraft listings on platforms such as Avinode, and support broker engagement and marketing campaigns
• Keep OCC, Customer Success and Finance informed of confirmed bookings and schedule changes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in private aviation, charter sales, aviation operations, luxury travel or a customer-facing coordination role is advantageous
• Familiarity with charter processes and aircraft types is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage

• FL3XX, Avinode, Salesforce or similar platforms (advantage)
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong organization, attention to detail and commercial awareness
