About the role
The Senior Officer will manage Mashreq Securities treasury operations, ensuring procedures are followed and operational loss is avoided. The role includes timely MIS reporting and handling of corporate actions across regional markets.
Key responsibilities
- Process Mashreq Securities activities according to established procedures.
- Submit MIS reports to stakeholders on schedule.
- Check and update corporate actions for DFM, ADX, NASDAQ and GCC markets in the trading system.
- Apply for investor numbers for customers and perform financial posting in the core system.
- Handle customer queries, prepare trade confirmations and send them to customers.
- Reconcile customer portfolios at agreed intervals and investigate exceptions.
- Report HO trades executed through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking.
Required profile
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a medium‑sized brokerage house.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Arabic language skills preferred due to job nature.
