Senior Oncology Product Specialist – Abu Dhabi or Dubai

About the role

The Oncology team seeks a Senior Oncology Product Specialist to drive sales and scientific engagement for breakthrough cancer therapies across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and key oncology stakeholders, ensuring optimal product positioning and market uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory sales targets and develop cross‑functional territory plans.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to communicate product differentiation.
• Maintain deep understanding of oncology stakeholders, competitor activity, buying processes, and patient journeys per indication.
• Support marketing initiatives to grow market‑leading products and recruit new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular territory sales analysis using IMS, Spotlight and collaborate with OSAM for short‑ and long‑term planning.
• Navigate hospital processes such as treatment protocols, ethics committees, pharmacy policies, and formulary inclusion.
• Collaborate with digital, marketing, access, and OSAM teams to improve customer and patient experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Preferred: oncology experience and UAE residency.
