About the role
The Senior Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring and controlling assigned plant units to ensure products meet specifications, safety standards and production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Operate control panels, adjust speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates during start‑ups, shutdowns and emergencies.
- Log operating incidents, supervise routine equipment checks, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Authorize work permits, monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Manage chemical dosing, prepare solutions and follow all safety procedures.
Required profile
- Technical Diploma or secondary school certificate with vocational trade in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of plant operations experience in a large oil‑and‑gas industrial facility.
- Ability to work in A/C environments and occasional exposure to heat, humidity and dust.
