Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

Foodics is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to oversee HR activities across its portfolio in KSA, UAE, the UK and the wider MENA region. The role ensures seamless payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management and strict compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end employee journey, from drafting compliant contracts to managing promotions, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs.
• Prepare, verify and submit accurate payroll inputs, ensuring timely monthly payroll runs.
• Administer employee benefits, particularly medical/health insurance, handling policy renewals, additions, deletions and claim inquiries.
• Maintain and audit employee data in the HR Information System, acting as the go‑to expert for configuration, reporting and queries.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, social insurance registrations, contributions and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Update HR policies, handbooks and employment templates to reflect current legal requirements.
• Manage interactions with labour offices, government inspections, audits and surveys.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
