Senior Planning Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling and performance monitoring of large‑scale construction projects across multiple business units in Dubai. The role works closely with executive leadership, technical teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate scope, timelines and resources, identify critical paths and dependencies, and align plans with group strategy.
• Track progress through Earned Value Management, KPIs and dashboards; conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead delay analysis, extension of time assessments and performance reporting to senior management.
• Participate in annual and multi‑year business planning, coordinate plans across subsidiaries and contribute to feasibility studies for new developments.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders (project teams, finance, legal, executive office) and external consultants/contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a planning or project‑control leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale real‑estate or high‑rise tower projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
