Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist supports the Head of Group Procurement in enhancing procurement operations, governance and overall effectiveness across the organisation and Private Office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and drive procurement improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Lead sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, tender processes and commercial negotiations to achieve value, quality and cost optimisation.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, supplier assessments, contract reviews and procurement documentation.
• Analyse spend data, supplier performance and procurement metrics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years at senior specialist level.
• Experience in FF&E, interior fit‑out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht/marine or similar project‑based environments.
• Proven track record in procurement transformation, process improvement and governance programmes.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier performance management.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to work independently, partner with internal stakeholders and influence multi‑stakeholder environments.
