Senior Product Manager – Marketplace Fees & Seller Economics

About the role

Amazon MENATR Marketplace is seeking a passionate, analytically strong leader to define and set economic conditions for selling partners across the Middle East and Africa. The role directly influences all sellers offering products to Amazon customers in the region, balancing seller success with Amazon’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate fee‑structure modifications and their impact.
• Communicate trade‑offs to prioritize critical and high‑impact work.
• Analyze root business problems and understand broader market context.
• Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, and global fee teams to address pain points and emerging priorities.
• Align fee strategy with wider business objectives and drive cross‑team alignment.
• Collaborate with fee teams across other Amazon marketplaces to share learnings and develop common frameworks.
• Develop solutions to improve fee‑setting efficiency, seller experience, and clarity on fee‑related topics.
• Report key insights and trends using statistical rigor and participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with curiosity to learn and a bias toward data‑driven decision‑making.
