Senior Project Engineer

About the role

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead project execution and support bids in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in execution, monitor progress and prepare weekly status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are submitted according to schedule and that all discipline interfaces are integrated.
• Interpret client requirements, monitor compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and performance standards.
• Lead project control, engineering and procurement activities, verify scope variations and present them to management.
• Measure and report project progress, productivity, cost and time for accurate financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate (BSc or MSc) with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical or Chemical sectors.
• Proven experience across all project delivery stages (Studies, FEED, Detail Engineering) and strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, solve problems proactively and meet UAE visa requirements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
