Senior Project Manager – Construction & PMiS/Oracle Unifier

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of construction and technology implementation projects in Abu Dhabi. The role combines deep construction domain knowledge with expertise in Project Management Information Systems (PMiS) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget and monitor large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage risk, change and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate business, technical and vendor teams to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Drive adoption and implementation of PMiS solutions across all projects.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting and performance metrics to leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on project management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience within the construction sector.
• Proven track record of delivering solution implementation projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a Project Management Information System (PMiS).
• Knowledge of Oracle Unifier (highly preferred).
