Senior Project Manager – Fit Out (Dubai)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Fit Out will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out projects across commercial, residential, hospitality and retail sectors in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit‑out projects from award to handover, developing programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead kick‑off, progress and client coordination meetings, ensuring compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications and local authority regulations.
• Review contracts, BOQs and budgets; monitor costs, variations, claims and final accounts to achieve profitability targets.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Supervisors; coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforce HSE policies, quality standards and ensure snag‑free handover with DLP management.
• Support procurement strategy, evaluate subcontractor performance and manage long‑lead items.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track risks and maintain complete project documentation for close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience delivering high‑value interior fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals and market practices.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Commercially astute with solid cost‑control expertise.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
