Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact construction and development projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery to the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to maintain smooth progress.
• Manage mobilisation, construction, testing, commissioning, and hand‑over phases.
• Monitor timelines, costs, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review contractor performance, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Ensure implementation of QA, QC, and QHSE standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8‑10 years of project management experience in a developer, contractor, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Project Management certification (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) – preferred.
