Senior Project Manager – Middle East & Pakistan

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Pakistan. Based in Dubai, you will travel extensively to support owners, monitor progress, conduct site inspections and ensure projects meet Hilton’s brand, technical and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design and construction processes for new builds, conversions and renovations.
• Act as Hilton’s main AD&C representative, coordinating owners, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly project reports covering progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans.
• Review consultant submissions and ensure compliance with brand standards and local codes.
• Support Development during technical due diligence and provide recommendations for project evaluation.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary reviews with Architecture, Operations, Food & Drink, Technology and other functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale hotel development projects in the Middle East or similar regions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence owners, developers and consultants.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan and the wider Middle East.
