About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Omni‑channel team of a leading retail group in the GCC. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on delivering digital, CRM and eCommerce initiatives that enhance the retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple Omni‑channel projects across Digital, CRM and Retail domains.
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery on schedule and within scope.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication and status updates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required profile
- Extensive project management experience within the retail sector.
- Proven track record delivering Digital, CRM, eCommerce or Omni‑channel projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
