Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Integrations

About the role

eSol Global is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead payments and integrations projects in Dubai. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analysing payment workflows, and supporting the implementation and testing of banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for banking projects, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories and data‑mapping documents.
• Support Corporate‑to‑Bank integrations using H2H, SFTP and APIs, and assist with implementation and testing of payment solutions.
• Analyse payment workflows, clearing, settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to ensure accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of banking business‑analysis experience, with mandatory UAE banking exposure.
• Proven experience with Corporate‑to‑Bank integrations using H2H, SFTP and APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with SWIFT FileAct, SWIFT MT/MX, FTS, AANI, TAS and RERA integrations.
• Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, clearing, settlement and reconciliation.
