Senior Project Manager (Site-Based) – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to act as the client’s representative on a major healthcare construction and PMC project in Dubai. The role is site‑based and covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project management goals, schedules, budgets and quality standards as directed by the client.
• Manage contract administration, engineering inspections, quality assurance, progress reporting and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction and handover phases, integrating all project functions.
• Provide client‑facing support, guidance and recommendations on project matters.
• Support training and mentoring initiatives for client teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 15–20 years of overall project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics or laboratories.
• Strong PMC background with proven site‑based delivery.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Level 2).
• Client‑facing, energetic and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
