Senior Project Manager – Water

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Water and Wastewater Treatment (STP) projects in Dubai. The role involves full‑cycle project delivery, from planning and engineering coordination to site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute STP projects according to schedules and client requirements.
• Coordinate technical and commercial matters with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee engineering documentation, including shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and P&IDs.
• Monitor procurement, resource allocation, site execution, and overall project progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
• Manage inspections, testing, commissioning, project handover, billing, and payment certifications.
• Track project costs, monitor budgets, and implement cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8 to 15 years of experience managing Water & Wastewater/STP projects.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, site management, commissioning, and client coordination.
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation, BOQs, procurement, quality control, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
