Senior Projects Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Projects Manager – Infrastructure will lead large‑scale infrastructure construction works in Abu Dhabi, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMC site delivery team, manage contractor performance, risk, commercial and contractual matters.
• Coordinate with the Employer, Engineer, consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with design, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements.
• Oversee procurement strategies, review progress against technical, safety and quality standards, and drive mitigation actions for cost or schedule deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in major infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, urban development) within the GCC, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in PMC/Construction Supervision, contract administration and multidisciplinary coordination.
