About the role
Joshi Real Estate Dubai is hiring a Senior Property Advisor in a hybrid setting. You will run a full-service advisory desk covering acquisitions, tenancy and resale for a private client list, where the relationship comes first rather than the transaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a book of high-net-worth clients across off-plan and secondary inventory
- Manage inbound qualified leads coming from JRE's content engine, without cold prospecting
- Stay with each client through handover, furnishing and tenancy, not just until the sale agreement is signed
Required profile
- Five-plus years of experience in Dubai luxury real estate
- RERA registration
- Established relationships with developers
- Fluency in a second language is a plus, particularly Russian, Mandarin or French
