Senior Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will work on‑site in Dubai, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will guide clients through the full sales or leasing process, from initial viewings to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Identify client needs, negotiate terms and prepare necessary documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and monitor local regulations.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve sales and leasing targets while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate expertise with experience advising on property choices and investments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for diverse client interactions.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Relevant experience in the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market and knowledge of local regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.
• Previous senior property, brokerage or advisory role preferred.
• Academic background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field is beneficial.
