Senior Property Consultant – Off-Plan Sales

About the role

Jet Horizon Properties LLC is expanding its Off‑Plan Sales division in Dubai and seeks a motivated Senior Property Consultant. The role focuses on promoting and selling leading off‑plan developments, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dubai’s top off‑plan property projects.
• Follow up on company‑generated leads and convert them into sales.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property consultations.
• Arrange project visits and provide detailed investment advice.
• Negotiate offers, close transactions, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update sales activities.
• Stay informed about new project launches, developer offers, and market trends.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good command of English.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE off‑plan real estate sales experience.
• At least 2 years of total sales experience in any industry.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and off‑plan projects.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Target‑driven attitude with a positive work ethic.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
