About the role

Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks experienced agents with a proven track record of closing transactions in the secondary market and off‑plan sectors.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of real‑estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Proven history of closed transactions
  • Dubai/UAE real‑estate experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in secondary market and/or off‑plan projects
  • Strong negotiation, client‑management and closing skills
  • Disciplined, ambitious and results‑driven
  • Excellent English communication skills
