About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our HR team on an urgent basis. The successful candidate will support the recruitment of multiple vacancies over the next two weeks, working in a fast‑paced government environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple open positions.
- Source and attract talent using appropriate channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Deliver recruitment results within tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring targets.
- Proactive attitude and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
