About the role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will specialise in the oil and gas sector, acting as the primary liaison between clients and candidates. You will use deep sector knowledge to source, qualify and place top talent while ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, register and market candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal CV database and professional networks.
- Qualify job requirements, manage visa and logistics for successful mobilisations, and cross‑sell opportunities across departments.
- Maintain and grow key client relationships, addressing issues and uncovering growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Expert knowledge of oil and gas recruitment, including technical terminology and market conditions.
- Proactive approach to candidate placement and client account management.
