Senior Recruitment Executive

About the role

ELEMENT SEARCH is looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Officer in Sharjah to lead end-to-end recruitment across several business functions. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring, working closely with hiring managers to bring in high-quality candidates quickly, and improving the company's talent acquisition processes and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval to onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and run initial interviews, then coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain a talent pipeline, negotiate offers and manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness and quality of hire.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build a large pool of candidates for all open positions.
• Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers, keeping them updated on changing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, handling multiple vacancies at once and with more than 50 positions at any given time.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, powerlifting or technical industries.
• Experience in mass recruitment of regional and global skilled workers.
• Strong exposure to sourcing passive candidates and headhunting.
