Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension to 12 months. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles and functions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across diverse positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract high‑quality candidates using a variety of channels.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Support talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience conducting structured/competency‑based interviews.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
