About the role

Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking (Emirati Nationals only) at ADCB, focusing on transaction banking solutions for corporate clients across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Transaction Banking marketing action plan targeting corporate clients and manage working capital to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise selling opportunities and maintain service levels.
• Liaise with clients to provide advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, new developments, and cross‑sell other products.
• Provide Transaction Banking solution training to Corporate Relationship Managers.
• Adhere to organizational policies, processes and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a transaction banking environment with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
